Verde River Golf & Social Club

Awesome!!!

I have no idea how anyone could complain about the golf experience at Vista Verde! This course is as good, or better, than the $200+ courses in the area, and the resident rate in the winter is only $85 on the weekends....steal! (hint: book directly on their website www.vistaverdegolf.com to possibly save even more) I hesitate to talk it up due to the fact the secret is getting out, but can't believe the previous poster had a bad experience and felt the need to defend them. I play there close to 40 times a season, and it has been wet 3-4 times total. I did ask one time and they were watering in fertilizer, obviously to help keep the conditions up to their usual standards. Too bad some guys can't appreciate what goes into running a course of this quality, but for the rest of us, Vista is our place!!!
