Golf Course Information
Description
Rancho de los Caballeros features an 18-hole championship course that won the Silver Medal Award from Golf Magazine as one of America's top 75 resort courses, and is acclaimed by Golf Digest as one of the top five in Arizona.
This par 72, 18-hole championship layout surrounds the Ranch and plays 7,020 yards with a slope rating of 137. It's an exquisite ribbon of lush green beauty surrounded by the contrast of the pristine desert. Out here, the only sound you'll notice (besides the ball in the cup) is the rustle of jackrabbits in the brush.
The Hardin & Nash course is a masterpiece in design. The front nine is a classic desert layout with wide landing areas and ample greens. The hilly back nine requires every club in your bag.
Ranch guests are invited to use the clubhouse's full facilities. Club care and storage are available at the pro shop.

In 2006, the course experienced a $2.2 million renovation and is designed to play at 7,014 yards from the back tees with a challenging slope rating of 135. The course design features rolling terrain, two beautiful lakes, strategically placed bunkers and 4 sets of tees that allow the course to be setup for a wide variety of playing levels.
When your round is finished, enjoy lunch in our clubhouse decorated in the tones of the desert with a southwestern flair. Lunch is available inside the Clubhouse or on the patio overlooking the Bradshaw Mountain range. After lunch indulge yourself with a massage from the Spa at Los Caballeros. Arrive early at the Spa to relax in the sun room or take a short walk through the Signature Labyrinth. Dinner can be a special experience beginning with a stop at the Rancho de los Caballeros Saloon to watch the sunset unfold over the mountains or enjoy your beverage while watching "the running of the horses" out to pasture at twilight. A perfect end to the evening is to wander into the dining room at the main lodge and enjoy dinner from the Ranch's imaginative menu. Then retire to the living room and relax in the glow of the firelight. Handcrafted furniture, fabrics and artifacts lend an artisan's touch to a very unique place.
If you are not in the mood for golf, you can enjoy the tennis courts or shooting range. The Ranch offers 2 omni and 2 hard surface tennis courts and a talented professional staff who oversee clinics, personal instruction and tennis socials. Rancho de los Caballeros isn't your average dude ranch: we're a historic ranch resort with the soul of a bed and breakfast. Bring the kids and celebrate our holiday traditions like Christmas boots by the fireplace and Easter egg hunts. Or make it a memorable couples-affair with peaceful rides and moonlit nature walks. At Rancho de los Caballeros there's always something to do, including doing nothing - preferably by the pool.
Come retreat for a weekend or more and see what makes us so special. With 20,000 acres of lush open range, 100 saddle horses and seasoned wranglers to reassure greenhorns, the ranch offers an uncommon Western vacation you'll never forget.
