Off Season??

First off I'm new to the area and live on this course...I don't know if it's because it's 120 outside everyday and they know people don't really play, but the course is badly upkept...the only things that are really even playable are the greens and first cut around them...maybe later in the year when it's not so hot out they upkeep it ALOT more...we will see...what's the best course for intermediate play in the Yuma area???
